Refund and Return Policy

At La Sivar Shop, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchased items.

No Returns

For health, safety, and food handling reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Snacks
  • Beverages (including Horchata and Chibola products)
  • Candies and sweets
  • Bread, bakery products, and cookies
  • Sauces and packaged soups
  • Any food or consumable product

* Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned.

No Refunds

All purchases made through La Sivar Shop are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or customer preference
  • Product taste or flavor preference
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Manufacturing Defects

The only exception to this policy is when a product presents a verified manufacturing defect. If you believe a product has a defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

After reviewing the claim, La Sivar Shop may, at its sole discretion: replace the defective product, issue store credit, or provide another reasonable resolution.

Damaged Products During Shipping

Claims related to shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographs of both the product and the shipping package.

Right to Refuse Claims

La Sivar Shop reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
