Lasivar Shop is an online store based in Los Angeles, California, specializing in imported food and beverage products from Central America, including snacks, candies, cookies, bread, packaged soups, sauces, beverages such as horchata and Chibola, and other specialty grocery items.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all details are always complete, current, or error-free.

  • Manufacturers may change packaging, ingredients, or labeling without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels upon receipt.
  • Due to the nature of imported food products, slight variations in packaging or presentation may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Lasivar Shop reserves the right to cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments must be successfully authorized before orders are processed and shipped.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using USPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination address, package weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping method. All shipping rates are determined by the carrier.

* Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lasivar Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS or FedEx, Lasivar Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Any claims regarding delivery issues must be directed to the shipping carrier.

8. No Returns and No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products sold, including food, beverages, or packaged goods.

The only exception applies to verified manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. (See Refund and Return Policy for full details.)
