Incorrect Addresses

- La Sivar Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package has been marked as delivered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, La Sivar Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

La Sivar Shop sells imported food and beverage products including snacks, candies, cookies, bread, packaged soups, sauces, horchata, Chibola, and other specialty products from Central America.
- Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there is any issue related to product damage or manufacturing defects.
